Preparation of Plum tart
Plums
- 750 g Plums
For the plum tart 750 g Plums, wash, halve and deseed the plums.
Pie dough
- 40 dag Flour
- 5 eggs
- 25 dag soft Butter
- 20 dag Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 package Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Disconnect 5 eggs.
Stir 25 dag soft Butter with 15 dag Sugar and 1 package Vanilla sugar until frothy.
Stir in the egg yolks and 2 tbsp Sour cream.
Beat the egg whites with 5 dag Sugar until stiff.
Mix 1 tsp Baking powder and 40 dag Flour and fold the snow, baking powder and flour mixture into the melted butter.
Baking
Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out.
Place the halved plums skin-side down on the pastry.
Bake the plum tart in the oven at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.
Serve
- Powdered sugar
Cut the plum tart into pieces and garnish with Powdered sugar.
