Ingredients for 20 persons: 750 g Plums, 400 g Flour, 5 eggs, 250 g Butter, 200 g Sugar, 2 tbsp Sour cream, 1 package Vanilla sugar, 1 tsp Baking powder, Powdered sugar

Preparation of Plum tart

Plums

For the plum tart 750 g Plums, wash, halve and deseed the plums.

Pie dough

Disconnect 5 eggs. Stir 25 dag soft Butter with 15 dag Sugar and 1 package Vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg yolks and 2 tbsp Sour cream. Beat the egg whites with 5 dag Sugar until stiff. Mix 1 tsp Baking powder and 40 dag Flour and fold the snow, baking powder and flour mixture into the melted butter.

Baking

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Place the halved plums skin-side down on the pastry. Bake the plum tart in the oven at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.

Serve

  • Powdered sugar
Cut the plum tart into pieces and garnish with Powdered sugar.
