Preparation of Plum dumplings with curd cheese dough
Dough
- 50 dag Curd cheese
- 500 g Plums
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 6 tbsp Semolina
Process 50 dag Curd cheese, 2 eggs, 6 tbsp Bread crumbs and 6 tbsp Semolina into a dough.
Leave to infuse in the cold for 15 minutes.
Coat 500 g Plums with the curd cheese dough to a thickness of approx. 1 cm.
Form dumplings with the help of breadcrumbs.
Cooking
Simmer the plum dumplings in lightly salted water for 10 minutes.

- 20 dag Bread crumbs
- 100 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- Powdered sugar
Melt 100 g Butter in a pan.
Roast 20 dag Bread crumbs in it while stirring.
Add 4 tbsp Sugar.
Lift the cooked plum dumplings out of the water with a sieve scoop and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Serve Serve the plum dumplings with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with Powdered sugar.
