Preparation of Mayonnaise
Stir 0.27 Egg yolk with 0.13 tbsp Vinegar, 0.13 tbsp Mustard, Salt and Pepper with a whisk until smooth. First add 33.33 ml Oil drop by drop, stirring constantly. When the mayonnaise thickens, add the remaining oil in portions, stirring constantly.
