Preparation of Mango - apple chutney

prepare

Cut 0.02 Mango and 0.02 Apple into small cubes. Finely chop 0.02 Onion and sauté in 0.05 tbsp Oil until translucent.

Add the mango and apple, 0.02 tbsp Ginger, 0.03 tbsp Apple cider vinegar and 0.83 g Jelly sugar. Cook the mango and apples until soft, stirring constantly.

Season with Salt, Pepper, Curry and Chili powder.
