Preparation of Liptauer
stir
- 2.5 kg Curd cheese
- 600 g Butter
- 400 ml Sour cream
Bring 600 g Butter to room temperature.
Beat with a mixer until frothy.
Stir in 2.5 kg Curd cheese and 400 ml Sour cream.
season
- 5 Onions
- 10 Pickles
- 10 Anchovy fillets
- 40 Capers
- Paprika powder, Mustard, Pepper, Salt, Caraway
Finely chop 10 Pickles, 40 Capers, 10 Anchovy fillets and 5 Onions and add to the Liptauer.
Season with Paprika powder, Mustard, Pepper, Salt and Caraway.
Mix everything well.
