Preparation of Lentil stew
lentils
- 2 kg Lentils
- Water
Soak 2 kg Lentils in Water for a few hours.
vegetables
- 20 Bell pepper
- 30 Carrots
- 10 Leek
10 Leek and 20 Bell pepper roll the dice.
Finely grate 10 Carrots and coarsely grate 20 Carrots.
roast
- 400 ml Oil
- Flour
Sauté the leek, peppers and fine carrots in 400 ml Oil, add the coarse carrots and lentils after a few minutes and fry a little too.
Dust with Flour and briefly roast with the flour.
deglaze & cook
- 4 L Water
- 500 ml White wine
- 200 ml Soy sauce
Delete with 200 ml Soy sauce, 500 ml White wine and 4 L Water.
Simmer for about 15 minutes and reduce to the desired consistency.
