Ingredients: 20 Bell pepper, 30 Carrots, 2 kg Lentils, 10 Leek, 400 ml Oil, 500 ml White wine, 200 ml Soy sauce, Flour

Preparation of Lentil stew

Soak 2 kg Lentils in Water for a few hours.

10 Leek and 20 Bell pepper roll the dice. Finely grate 10 Carrots and coarsely grate 20 Carrots.

roast

Sauté the leek, peppers and fine carrots in 400 ml Oil, add the coarse carrots and lentils after a few minutes and fry a little too. Dust with Flour and briefly roast with the flour.

deglaze & cook

Delete with 200 ml Soy sauce, 500 ml White wine and 4 L Water. Simmer for about 15 minutes and reduce to the desired consistency.
