Lentil stew

Ingredients for 2 persons: 1.33 Bell pepper, 2 Carrots, 133.33 g Lentils, ⅔ Leek, 2.67 tbsp Oil, 33.33 ml White wine, 1.33 tbsp Soy sauce, Flour

Preparation of Lentil stew

Soak 133.33 g Lentils in Water for a few hours.

⅔ Leek and 1.33 Bell pepper roll the dice. Finely grate ⅔ Carrot and coarsely grate 1.33 Carrots.

roast

Sauté the leek, peppers and fine carrots in 2.67 tbsp Oil, add the coarse carrots and lentils after a few minutes and fry a little too. Dust with Flour and briefly roast with the flour.

deglaze & cook

Delete with 1.33 tbsp Soy sauce, 33.33 ml White wine and 266.67 ml Water. Simmer for about 15 minutes and reduce to the desired consistency.
