Preparation of Lasagne
bolognese sauce
- 300 dag Minced meat
- 2.5 L Strained tomatoes
- 15 Onions
- 1.25 L Water
- 10 Carrots
- 150 ml Oil
- 20 cloves Garlic
- 20 Bay leaves
- Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme
Chop 15 Onions and fry in 150 ml Oil.
Grate 10 Carrots and add.
Add 300 dag Minced meat and sauté, deglaze with 2.5 L Strained tomatoes.
Then press in 20 cloves Garlic.
Season with Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme and 20 Bay leaves, add 1.25 L Water and simmer for 30 minutes.

- 1.25 kg Lasagna sheets
Prepare 1.25 kg Lasagna sheets.
Grease the lasagne dishes and pour in some béchamel.
Then a layer of lasagne sheets - sugo+béchamel - lasagne sheets.
Important: only cover the last layer of leaves with béchamel so that nothing is visible.
Then bake the lasagne in the oven at 200 - 220 °C for 25 - 30 minutes.
