Ingredients: Lasagne for 2 persons

Ingredients: 350 ml Milk, 300 g Minced meat, 250 ml Strained tomatoes, 1.5 Onions, 125 g Lasagna sheets, 1 Carrot, 35 g Butter, 35 g Flour, 1.5 tbsp Oil, 2 cloves Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme, 2 Bay leaves, Paprika powder

Preparation of Lasagne

bolognese sauce

Chop 1.5 Onions and fry in 1.5 tbsp Oil. Grate 1 Carrot and add. Add 30 dag Minced meat and sauté, deglaze with 250 ml Strained tomatoes. Then press in 2 cloves Garlic. Season with Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme and 2 Bay leaves, add 125 ml Water and simmer for 30 minutes.

béchamel

For the béchamel, melt 3.5 dag Butter and add 3.5 dag Flour, remove from the heat and stir together. Deglaze with 350 ml Milk Add 65 ml Water and heat up again. With Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder and seasoning.

lasagne

Prepare 125 g Lasagna sheets. Grease the lasagne dishes and pour in some béchamel. Then a layer of lasagne sheets - sugo+béchamel - lasagne sheets. Important: only cover the last layer of leaves with béchamel so that nothing is visible. Then bake the lasagne in the oven at 200 - 220 °C for 25 - 30 minutes.
