Preparation of Lasagne
bolognese sauce
- 30 dag Minced meat
- 250 ml Strained tomatoes
- 1.5 Onions
- 125 ml Water
- 1 Carrot
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme
Chop 1.5 Onions and fry in 1.5 tbsp Oil.
Grate 1 Carrot and add.
Add 30 dag Minced meat and sauté, deglaze with 250 ml Strained tomatoes.
Then press in 2 cloves Garlic.
Season with Salt, Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Marjoram, Thyme and 2 Bay leaves, add 125 ml Water and simmer for 30 minutes.

- 125 g Lasagna sheets
Prepare 125 g Lasagna sheets.
Grease the lasagne dishes and pour in some béchamel.
Then a layer of lasagne sheets - sugo+béchamel - lasagne sheets.
Important: only cover the last layer of leaves with béchamel so that nothing is visible.
Then bake the lasagne in the oven at 200 - 220 °C for 25 - 30 minutes.
