Preparation of Kohlrabi salad

Peel and roughly grate 1 Kohlrabi. Marinate with 100 g Sauerrahm and 100 g Joghurt, 1 tbsp Essig, 2 tbsp Wasser, 2 tbsp Öl and Salz and stir everything well.
