Preparation of Kässpätzle

Boil salted water.
Add the spaetzle in portions using a spaetzle strainer.
Wait until the spaetzle rise to the top, leave to stand briefly.
Remove with a sieve scoop and rinse in a pan of cold water.
Continue until the dough is used up.

- 2 Onions
- 10 dag Mountain cheese
- 6 tbsp Oil
2 Onions finely chop.
Brown lightly in 6 tbsp Oil.
Strain the spaetzle and add to the dish.
Roast for a few minutes.
Roughly grate 10 dag Mountain cheese and add to the spaetzle.
Fry the cheese briefly while stirring.
season
- Salt, Pepper
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Cover and leave to infuse on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
Loosen the base and stir in.
