Preparation of Greek salad

Cutting vegetables

Cut 26.67 Tomatoes, 3.33 Cucumber, 6.67 Bell pepper and 1.33 kg Feta cheese into 1 cm cubes. Cut 13.33 Spring onions into rings. Place in a bowl together with 666.67 g Oliven.

Marinate salad

Season with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Rosemary and Basil. Add 20 cl Vinegar. Mix well. Leave to soak for a few minutes. Add 20 cl Olive oil and 40 cl Water. Mix well.
