Preparation of French salad
potatoes
- 6.67 kg potatoes
- Salted water
Peel 6.67 kg potatoes and cut into small cubes (1 cm).
Cook in Salted water until done (5 - 10 min).
Strain and quench lightly.
Root vegetables
- 13.33 Carrots
- 13.33 Root parsley
- 1.67 Celery
- 100 dag Peas
Cut 13.33 Carrots, 1.67 Celery and 13.33 Root parsley into cubes (1 cm) and cook until firm (5 - 10 min).
Add shortly before boiling 100 dag Peas (deep-frozen).
Strain.
marinate
- 666.67 g Mayonnaise
- 6.67 tsp Vinegar
- Salt, Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate with Salt, Pepper, 6.67 tsp Vinegar and 666.67 g Mayonnaise.
