Preparation of French salad
potatoes
- ⅓ kg potatoes
- Salted water
Peel ⅓ kg potatoes and cut into small cubes (1 cm).
Cook in Salted water until done (5 - 10 min).
Strain and quench lightly.
Root vegetables
- ⅔ Carrot
- ⅔ Root parsley
- 0.08 Celery
- 5 dag Peas
Cut ⅔ Carrot, 0.08 Celery and ⅔ Root parsley into cubes (1 cm) and cook until firm (5 - 10 min).
Add shortly before boiling 5 dag Peas (deep-frozen).
Strain.
marinate
- 33.33 g Mayonnaise
- ⅓ tsp Vinegar
- Salt, Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate with Salt, Pepper, ⅓ tsp Vinegar and 33.33 g Mayonnaise.
