Preparation of French salad
potatoes
- 0.17 kg potatoes
- Salted water
Peel 0.17 kg potatoes and cut into small cubes (1 cm).
Cook in Salted water until done (5 - 10 min).
Strain and quench lightly.
Root vegetables
- ⅓ Carrot
- ⅓ Root parsley
- 0.04 Celery
- 2.5 dag Peas
Cut ⅓ Carrot, 0.04 Celery and ⅓ Root parsley into cubes (1 cm) and cook until firm (5 - 10 min).
Add shortly before boiling 2.5 dag Peas (deep-frozen).
Strain.
marinate
- 16.67 g Mayonnaise
- 0.17 tsp Vinegar
- Salt, Pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate with Salt, Pepper, 0.17 tsp Vinegar and 16.67 g Mayonnaise.
