Preparation of Egg spread
Egg white
- 33.33 eggs
Boil 33.33 eggs hard (approx. 8 minutes) and separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
Chop the egg white into small cubes.
Egg yolk
- 200 ml Whipping cream
- 3.33 rolls
Remove the rind from 3.33 rolls and mix with the egg yolks and 200 ml Whipping cream.
Leave to rest briefly and pass through a fine sieve or puree with a hand blender.
