Preparation of Curry sauce with apple
cut
roast
- 0.03 tbsp Oil
- Onion, Apple, Pineapple
Heat 0.03 tbsp Oil in a saucepan.
Sauté Onion until translucent.
Add Apple and Pineapple.
Steam for a few more minutes.
season
- 0.01 tbsp grated Ginger
- Salt, Curry powder
Season with 0.01 tbsp grated Ginger, Salt and plenty of Curry powder.
cook
- 0.01 tsp agar-agar
Cook for about 15 minutes.
Puree finely with a hand blender.
Add 0.01 tsp agar-agar and bring to the boil again, remove from the heat.
finish
- 0.04 tbsp Whipping cream
- 0.02 tbsp Crème fraîche
Stir in 0.04 tbsp Whipping cream and 0.02 tbsp Crème fraîche.
