Preparation of Coleslaw

Prepare vegetables

Slice 0.13 Rotkraut and 0.13 Weißkraut into short, fine strips. Coarsely grate 1 Karotten. Knead well with salt and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Dressing

Squeeze the lettuce and drain off the water. Add 50 ml Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Sauerrahm, ½ tbsp Essig and mix well.
