Preparation of Coconut gugelhupf

Disconnect 20.83 eggs. Beat the egg yolks with 45.83 dag Sugar, 4.17 packages Vanilla sugar and 0.52 L hot Water until frothy.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 45.83 dag Sugar.

Mix 108.33 dag Flour with 2.08 packages Baking powder.

Stir 0.52 L Oil into the dotter mass. Fold in 20.83 dag Coconut flakes. Then fold in the flour and beaten egg whites alternately.

Grease a bundt tin with Butter and dust with Flour. Pour the batter into the mold.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 °C.
