Preparation of Coconut gugelhupf

- 0.13 L hot Water
- 11 dag Sugar
- 1 package Vanilla sugar
Disconnect 5 eggs.
Beat the egg yolks with 11 dag Sugar, 1 package Vanilla sugar and 0.13 L hot Water until frothy.

- 11 dag Sugar
Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 11 dag Sugar.

- 26 dag Flour
- ½ packages Baking powder
Mix 26 dag Flour with ½ packages Baking powder.

- 0.13 L Oil
- 5 dag Coconut flakes
Stir 0.13 L Oil into the dotter mass.
Fold in 5 dag Coconut flakes.
Then fold in the flour and beaten egg whites alternately.

- Butter, Flour
Grease a bundt tin with Butter and dust with Flour.
Pour the batter into the mold.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 °C.
