Beat the egg yolks with 9.17 dag Sugar, 0.83 packages Vanilla sugar and 0.10 L hot Water until frothy.

Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 9.17 dag Sugar.

- 21.67 dag Flour
- 0.42 packages Baking powder
Mix 21.67 dag Flour with 0.42 packages Baking powder.

- 0.10 L Oil
- 4.17 dag Coconut flakes
Stir 0.10 L Oil into the dotter mass.
Fold in 4.17 dag Coconut flakes.
Then fold in the flour and beaten egg whites alternately.

- Butter, Flour
Grease a bundt tin with Butter and dust with Flour.
Pour the batter into the mold.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 °C.
