Preparation of Chocolate mousse

Melt 83.33 dag Cooking chocolate and 83.33 dag Milk chocolate over steam.
whip warm/cold
gelatine
- 16.67 leaves Gelatin
- Water, Cognac
Soak 16.67 leaves Gelatin in cold Water and melt by heating in Cognac.
whipped cream
- 250 dag Whipping cream
Beat 250 dag Whipping cream until stiff.
mix
Fold the chocolate (should already be slightly cooled) into the egg mixture, stir in the gelatine quickly.
Finally, stir in the whipped cream.
chill
Cover and chill in a bowl for a few hours.
