Preparation of Chili con carne
vegetables
- 1.5 Onions
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
Finely dice 1.5 Onions. Finely dice 1 Bell pepper. Fry everything in 2 tbsp Clarified butter.
meat
- 250 g Minced meat
Add 250 g Minced meat and continue frying.
deglaze
- 50 g Tomato paste
Add 50 g Tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.
vegetables
- 200 g peeled tomatoes
- 150 g Red beans
- 125 g Strained tomatoes
- 100 g Sweetcorn
Add 100 g Sweetcorn, 150 g Red beans, 200 g peeled tomatoes and 125 g Strained tomatoes.
season
- 1.5 cloves Garlic
- Salt, Chili powder, Chili flakes, Paprika powder, Pepper
Season with 1.5 cloves Garlic, Salt, Chili powder, Chili flakes, Paprika powder and Pepper.
simmer
Cover and simmer gently for about 1 hour.
