Ingredients: 250 g Minced meat, 200 g peeled tomatoes, 1.5 Onions, 1 Bell pepper, 150 g Red beans, 125 g Strained tomatoes, 100 g Sweetcorn, 50 g Tomato paste, 2 tbsp Clarified butter, 1.5 cloves Garlic, Salt, Chili powder, Chili flakes, Paprika powder, Pepper

Preparation of Chili con carne

Finely dice 1.5 Onions. Finely dice 1 Bell pepper. Fry everything in 2 tbsp Clarified butter.

Add 250 g Minced meat and continue frying.

Add 50 g Tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes.

Add 100 g Sweetcorn, 150 g Red beans, 200 g peeled tomatoes and 125 g Strained tomatoes.
