Preparation of Carrot - Curry Liptauer

stir

Bring 750 g Butter to room temperature. Beat with a mixer until frothy. Stir in 3.13 kg Curd cheese and 500 ml Sour cream.

seasoning

Finely chop 6.25 Onions, finely grate 12.5 Carrots and add to the liptauer. Season with Curry powder, Mustard, Pepper and Salt. Mix everything well.
