Preparation of Carrot - Curry Liptauer

stir

Bring 15 g Butter to room temperature. Beat with a mixer until frothy. Stir in 62.5 g Curd cheese and 1 tbsp Sour cream.

Finely chop 0.13 Onion, finely grate ¼ Carrot and add to the liptauer. Season with Curry powder, Mustard, Pepper and Salt. Mix everything well.
