Preparation of Beef salad

20 dag Beef for soup Cook for approx. 1 hour until soft. (or take the meat from a ready-made beef soup).

Cut the meat, 1 Onion and 2 Pickles into strips.

Season with Salt and Pepper. Marinate with 2 cl Vinegar, 2 cl Oil and 4 cl Water.
