Preparation of Beef goulash
Preparations
- 0.38 kg Onions
- 0.38 kg Wadschinken (cured ham)
Cut 0.38 kg Onions into strips, roughly dice 0.38 kg Wadschinken (cured ham) (beef goulash meat).
Roast goulash meat
- 37.5 g Clarified butter
Fry the onions in 37.5 g Clarified butter until lightly browned.
Add the meat.
It should only be cooked on the outside.
Deglaze the beef goulash
- 0.38 L Water
- 25 g Paprika powder
- ½ tbsp Vinegar
Add 25 g Paprika powder (more or less hot paprika powder depending on taste), fry briefly and deglaze with ½ tbsp Vinegar and 0.38 L Water.
