Preparation of Beans - corn salad
beans
- 33.33 g Red beans
33.33 g Red beans (dried) soak overnight.
Then cook in water for approx. 1 - 1.5 hours until soft.
(you can also use 150g beans from the can instead).
corn
- 100 g Sweetcorn
100 g Sweetcorn Boil in water for 5 minutes.
(or use corn from the can).
marinate
- ⅔ cloves Garlic
- Salt, Pepper, Vinegar, Water, Mayonnaise
Marinate the beans and corn with ⅔ cloves Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Vinegar, Water and Mayonnaise.
