Baked ham dumplings

Ingredients for 6 persons: 300 g Ham, 250 g Fleckerl (Austrian pasta), 250 g Sour cream, 4 eggs, 100 g Cheese, 100 g Butter, 3 tbsp Bread crumbs, 1 tsp Salt, Butter, Bread crumbs, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, Parsley

Preparation of Baked ham dumplings

Cook 250 g Fleckerl (Austrian pasta) in Salted water pithy.

Grease a baking dish with Butter and sprinkle with Bread crumbs. Cut 30 dag Ham into strips. 10 dag Cheese rub.

Stir the soft 10 dag Butter until frothy. Disconnect 4 eggs. Gradually stir the yolks into the butter.

mix

250 g Sour cream, stir in the cooked fleckerl and ham.

beaten egg white

Beat the egg whites with 1 tsp Salt until stiff and fold into the Fleckerl mixture.

season

  • Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, Parsley
Season with Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg and Parsley.

finish

Pour the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and 3 tbsp Bread crumbs and bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C.
