- Salted water
Cook 1.25 kg Fleckerl (Austrian pasta) in Salted water pithy.

- 1.25 kg Sour cream
1.25 kg Sour cream, stir in the cooked fleckerl and ham.
beaten egg white
- 5 tsp Salt
Beat the egg whites with 5 tsp Salt until stiff and fold into the Fleckerl mixture.

- Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, Parsley
Season with Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg and Parsley.

- 150 ml Bread crumbs
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese and 150 ml Bread crumbs and bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C.
