Preparation of Baked apples
Preparation
- 40 apples
Cut out or remove the core of 40 apples.
Filling
- 100 dag grated Hazelnuts
- 100 dag Jam
- 200 ml Whipping cream
Mix 100 dag grated Hazelnuts, 100 dag Jam and 200 ml Whipping cream and fill into the hollowed-out apples.
Roast
- 200 ml Butter
Pour 200 ml Butter into an ovenproof dish, place the apples on top.
Roast in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
Finish
- 2.5 L whipped Whipping cream
Serve with 2.5 L whipped Whipping cream.
