Ingredients: Baked apples for 40 persons

Ingredients: 40 apples, 2.5 L Whipping cream, 1 kg Hazelnuts, 1 kg Jam, 200 ml Whipping cream, 200 ml Butter

Preparation of Baked apples

Preparation

Cut out or remove the core of 40 apples.

Filling

Mix 100 dag grated Hazelnuts, 100 dag Jam and 200 ml Whipping cream and fill into the hollowed-out apples.

Roast

Pour 200 ml Butter into an ovenproof dish, place the apples on top. Roast in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

Finish

Serve with 2.5 L whipped Whipping cream.
