Preparation of Baked apples
Preparation
- 1 Apple
Cut out or remove the core of 1 Apple.
Filling
- 2.5 dag grated Hazelnuts
- 2.5 dag Jam
- ½ tbsp Whipping cream
Mix 2.5 dag grated Hazelnuts, 2.5 dag Jam and ½ tbsp Whipping cream and fill into the hollowed-out apples.
Roast
- ½ tbsp Butter
Pour ½ tbsp Butter into an ovenproof dish, place the apples on top.
Roast in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
Finish
- 62.5 ml whipped Whipping cream
Serve with 62.5 ml whipped Whipping cream.
